Inhale
Inhale is a project about breath as one of the simplest ways of experiencing presence. When everything around us becomes overwhelming, breathing becomes a quiet connection to the body and to the present moment.
The mask becomes both protection and a barrier. It creates distance from the outside world while making us more aware of our own vulnerability and isolation. I am interested in this fragile space between protection and exposure, between the need to withdraw and the need to remain present.
